Our fully-equipped workshop is run by Shaun an experienced CyTech Level 3 bicycle mechanic. Shaun works with Mike, Mantas, Jonny and Jon (our CyTech Level 2 mechanics) to provide an extensive repair service for all types of bicycle, from puncture repairs to a full service. The workshop team are always happy to answer questions and will advise which level of servicing will be best for your bike and budget. We keep a detailed service history and aim to get to know you and your bike. We will develop a service plan that will help you get the most out of your bike and spread the cost of keeping it in top condition.

We run a drop-in repair clinic at 8am-10.30am on weekday mornings. Aimed at small repairs to help keep you on the road, we’ll aim to get your bike back to you the same day. For smaller jobs (typically 15-30 minutes) we will endeavour to fix your bike while you wait where possible. Please note that we are a busy workshop so we do work on a first come first served basis. For larger jobs and during busy periods we might book you in for later that day or suggest dropping by on another day.

We also take bookings for larger services, from a tune up to a full rebuild. These spaces fill up quickly so give us a call to book a slot or drop into the shop and we can give you an idea of cost and get you in the diary.

We offer 3 levels of servicing for your bike. Details of what they include are below.
